TBS is a unique one-to-one behavioral coaching service offered to youth up to age 21. TBS services are provided by trained mental health staff, under the supervision of a licensed professional, in the home, school or community. These services are intensive and short-term and are provided as an adjunct to the youth’s primary mental health service. Masada now provides a complete range of community-based mental health services to children, adults and families. The mission of Masada Homes is to provide quality mental health and social services to individuals and families so that they may achieve their goals and enhance the quality of their lives. We strive to offer comprehensive and accessible mental health and social services to children, youth, adults and their families. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assuring the overall provisions of comprehensive clinical services and case management of all Intensive Services program youth and adults. Clinical Supervisors are expected to exercise independent professional judgement and discretion in the leadership of the Intensive Services Department. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for 28 years and see individuals, couples and families. Must have been the parent or primary caregiver of a child/youth who received services from DCFS, Probation, State Regional Center, or Department of Mental Health.
